Shoden: Level 1 Reiki Course
Learn the first level of Usui Reiki Ryoho from the perspective of its Japanese roots. This is a 6-week immersive course to learn the origins, historical context, and foundational practices of Reiki to enable students to become confident in methods of self-healing, stress-relief, relaxation, and helping others heal as well.
