Gather in community as we connect and restore our mind, body, and spirit in a safe & supportive environment. The theme for February’s Rays of Light Reiki Circle is “SELF-LOVE.” February is often associated with sharing and expressing our love to others, yet we often overlook the importance of loving ourselves first. What does it mean to truly love yourself— with strengths as well as “weaknesses?” Reiki helps us connect to our true nature, so that we can see the beauty of our own inner light, and love more deeply.. from the inside out.

WHAT IS A REIKI CIRCLE?
A Reiki Circle is a group healing session where individuals gather in person or online to collectively experience the gentle healing of Reiki. In our circle, we will connect together through breathwork techniques, guided meditation, journaling, and sometimes even oracle cards for fun. Each month will feature a different theme.
Reiki reminds us that we are each a ray of light in this world. Reconnect to your inner light. Witness the light of others. Shine brighter… together.
