WHAT IS A REIKI CIRCLE?
A Reiki Circle is a group healing session where individuals gather in person or online to collectively experience the gentle healing of Reiki. In our circle, we will connect together through breathwork techniques, guided meditation, journaling, and even some oracle cards for fun. Each month will feature a different theme.
Reiki reminds us that we are each a ray of light in this world. Reconnect to your inner light. Witness the light of others. Shine brighter… together.

SUNDAY, MARCH 15TH 3:00-4:30PM IN WEST SALEM (ehc LOCATION)
Join in community as we connect and restore our mind, body, and spirit in a safe & supportive environment. The theme for March’s Rays of Light Reiki Circle is “RENEWAL: Ready & Refreshed For A New Season.” As we emerge from the restful quiet of winter, we awaken to new hope and possibilities in the joyful season of springtime. Spring is a time for new life & new beginnings. Together we'll reflect on this perfect time to cultivate the seeds of intention we let rest over the last few months. Healing through Reiki helps us connect to our true nature, inspiring us to move forward with renewed energy and momentum for what we have hoped and planned for the future.
Gather together in a small & intimate group setting to relax and reconnect to your light through Reiki. Nadine will share Reiki with the group, as participants settle into a comfortable reclined state of rest. A few minutes of each session may be spent sharing Reiki with individual participants, through either hands-on or no-touch treatment, depending on each individual’s preference. Chairs are available for those who prefer to be seated upright.
Please bring a yoga mat, pillow, & blanket, and arrive 15 minutes early to set up. Chairs are available for those who prefer to remain seated. Cost is $25.
Space is limited to 7 people, so please be sure to register early. PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED. Please register no later than MARCH 12TH.

Nadine Schmidt (she/her)
Hello! My name is Nadine, and I am a certified Usui Reiki Ryoho/Holy Fire® III Reiki Master Practitioner. I offer Reiki sessions by appointment in West Salem, as well as online for those who live outside of the Salem, Oregon area. And now I’m so excited to gather with you in community through Rays of Light Reiki Circles!
I began my initial training in Reiki back in 2021, becoming certified in Usui Reiki Ryoho. Later, I completed my certification of Level III/Reiki Master training in Usui/Holy Fire® III Reiki. I am also trained in trauma-informed Reiki practices, and certified in ICRT® Animal Reiki Level II and the Let Animals Lead® Method of Animal Reiki (Level III Practitioner). Last year I completed a 9-month training program for Usui Reiki Ryoho Levels I-III from the perspective of its traditional Japanese roots. I am currently training in a 9-month Teaching Apprenticeship.
I absolutely love sharing the wonderful healing benefits of Reiki and it is my desire to show people from all walks of life how simple and easy it is to apply these meditative practices into everyday life. I truly believe as each of us take the steps needed to heal ourselves, that healing expands & radiates out to others. I would love the honor of working with you, and I hope you’ll join one of the upcoming Rays of Light Reiki Circles to experience it yourself.
