Join the fun for some lighthearted movement, playful journaling prompts, and a restful yet rejuvenating guided Reiki meditation. Let the healing power of Reiki restore your sense of joy as we let go of the mundane for a little bit of delightful rest and exploring our childlike wonder. Bring JOY into your month of June!

WHAT IS A REIKI CIRCLE?
A Reiki Circle is a group healing session where individuals gather in person or online to collectively experience the gentle healing of Reiki. In our circle, we will connect together through breathwork techniques, guided meditation, journaling, and sometimes even oracle cards for fun. Each month will feature a different theme.
Reiki reminds us that we are each a ray of light in this world. Reconnect to your inner light. Witness the light of others. Shine brighter… together.
