What inevitable change has been staring you in the face for some time but you haven’t quite taken action on yet? Perhaps a seemingly impossible goal or dream that has felt way out of reach… Or something that has taken time to build but is simply no longer sustainable and you need to walk away from…

The Tower is a card of inescapable change, oftentimes under challenging circumstances, that are beyond our control. Yet I love this particular depiction—much more empowering than most—because it offers us an outsider’s perspective. Here we have an opportunity to be proactive rather than passive.. or reactive. This puts power and agency back into our hands.

A few days ago, Venus—in the last of the planetary retrogrades—turned direct, joining the rest of the planets in forward motion. Meaning that the time for introspection & retrospection has come to a close. We’re now being asked to take action on what we have learned & discovered.

The Tower certainly reminds us that change can be scary & daunting, but these are the times where our bravery has the chance to pay off the most. In the long run, a higher return on investment, so to speak.

Even if you’re not dramatically changing up your entire life, this week is an excellent time to adjust where necessary to steady any instability in your life; or consider yourself lucky (and ready) to be able to walk away as you close a chapter & move in the direction you’re being called.
