Start the New Year with a re-commitment to self-care. Gather in community as we connect and restore our mind, body, and spirit in a safe & supportive environment. The theme for January’s Rays of Light Reiki Circle is “RESET” and it might be a little different than what you might expect. Rather than goals, resolutions, and expectations, we embrace the restful nature of winter to help ease us into the new year.
Gather together in a small, intimate group setting to relax and reconnect to your light through Reiki. Through our January theme of RESET, we will explore what is needed most during these winter months to nurture our souls and reset our energy. Nadine will share Reiki simultaneously with the group, as participants settle into a comfortable reclined state of rest. A few minutes of each session may be spent sharing Reiki with individual participants, through either hands-on or no-touch treatment, depending on each individual’s preference. Chairs are available for those who prefer to be seated upright.
Please bring a yoga mat, pillow, & blanket, and arrive 10-15 minutes early to set up.

WHAT IS A REIKI CIRCLE?
A Reiki Circle is a group healing session where individuals gather in person or online to collectively experience the gentle healing of Reiki. In our circle, we will connect together through breathwork techniques, guided meditation, journaling, and sometimes even oracle cards for fun. Each month will feature a different theme.
Reiki reminds us that we are each a ray of light in this world. Reconnect to your inner light. Witness the light of others. Shine brighter… together.
