Did you know that Reiki exists within each and every one of us? As a meditative practice, Reiki brings relaxation & stress relief—and there are some easy techniques you can tap into every day on a simple informal basis, whether you are trained in Reiki or not.

Join Nadine Schmidt of Wise Moon Healing Sun as she shares simple stress-reduction techniques based on Japanese Reiki traditions that anyone can practice on themselves to feel more calm, grounded, and self-regulated. No Reiki experience necessary-- this is an interactive & welcoming workshop, so bring a willing spirit and an open heart!

Nadine Schmidt of Wise Moon Healing Sun is a Reiki Master Practitioner and Intuitive Tarot Reader based in the Salem, Oregon area. Nadine is certified in Holy Fire III® Reiki, ICRT Animal Reiki, Let Animals Lead® Method of Animal Reiki, as well as Usui Reiki Ryoho through the traditional Japanese roots of Reiki. Having trained in both Western and Eastern styles of Reiki, as well as a trauma-informed approach, she is dedicated to helping clients gently release the physical & emotional symptoms related to stress, anxiety, chronic pain, grief, and trauma.
